Essenes offers rifa horizontal machining centres in table sizes of 500 x 500 mm, 630 x 630 mm, 800 x 800 mm and 1000 x 1000 mm. The machines spindles have speed of 60 6000 rpm up to 630 x 630 mm table size and 30 4500 rpm above this size. The machines are basically designed for heavy duty cutting of steel components and castings. The machines can be provided with or without a pallet changer. The company has now launched a 400 x 400 mm table size hmc [single pallet model] for production line applications.
